Spaceman USA frozen beverage machines have several O-rings, gaskets, and plastic wearable parts that must be replaced on a regular basis.  Replacing these parts will allow your machine to run at its optimal performance, extend the life of the machine (saving you time and money), and provide a better-quality product for your customers.

Spaceman USA has combined most of these wearable parts into convenient packages called "Tune Up Kits."  Spaceman USA recommends these Tune-Up Kits be replaced every 3 months, and all the parts can be replaced during your regular machine cleaning.  Each model has a Tune-Up Kit designed specifically for that machine.  Tune-Up Kits can be purchased at PartsTown, or from Spaceman USA directly.  It is recommended to always have a spare Tune-Up Kit or two available in-case an O-ring, gasket, or other part is broken or needs replacing. 

Spaceman USA also sells replacement Scraper Blades for each of our machines.  These Scraper Blades should be replaced every 3-6 months depending on machine usage.  Like the Tune-Up Kit, Scraper blades can be purchased directly from PartsTown.  It is recommended to always have a spare set of scraper blades available in-case one gets damaged or needs replacing during cleaning.  For more information on determining the correct scraper blade for your model, please click here.
