Size Guide :: Soft Serve Machines
Choosing the right size
Spaceman has tested all of our equipment with various size servings to meet the needs of all of our customers. Below is a chart that shows what each Soft Serve Model is capable of serving, per minute, per barrel / freezing cylinder.
Correctly sizing the machine is important to ensure smooth operation. Dispensing more product than the machine is designed for will cause problems like freeze ups and could cause damage to the machine not covered under warranty.
Special Note: Ambient temperature, machine clearance and product ingredients may increase or decrease output. Please see the
Soft Serve Brix
article for more information regarding correct product sugar content.
