Machine Operation :: Remote Training

All Spaceman USA machines come with a one-time free remote training over the phone or a video call. Additional trainings are also available for a small fee.

The free remote training includes going through a complete start-up of your Spaceman USA machine, including the first disassembly, cleaning, assembly and lubrication, sanitization, adding product, and making your first frozen treat. We will help you adjust your viscosity (and overrun as required) for the first time, as well as provide useful tips for running the equipment successfully. Remote training usually takes 1-2 hours to complete.

Note:  It is the end-users responsibility to be prepared for the remote training.  You must have electrical, product, sanitizer, and adequate time to complete the training.  If you are not prepared for training, you may be charged a re-training fee.
