Removing and Replacing Spaceman Lower Front Panel

Introduction

These instructions are a guide in the removal and install of a Spaceman lower front panel

Required Tools

• 6mm Allen key
• Phillips head screwdriver
• Applicable PPE

Instructions

1. Remove and disconnect the overhead panel cover.  For soft serve machines, these overhead covers are secured by screws on the bottom of the panel.

Note: For a soft serve machine, you will need to remove the wires connecting the control board, it is recommended to take pictures of wire connections to help you remember where they go

2. Remove Screws on the left and right side of the front panel. You must remove the left and right-side panels to access these. 

3. Remove Phillips Head screws that secure the front panel to the hopper lid, one per side

4. Remove the overhead panel assembly from the front panel by removing 4 bolts that hold the panel in place.

5. Gently let the overhead panel hang down while you remove the front panel.

6. Pull the front panel off the side screws and remove completely from the machine
