This article will walkthrough how to adjust the settings on a Spaceman Soft Serve Machine. (Instructions also available in video format below.)
First, ensure that the machine is in STOP mode by pressing the reset button.
Press and hold the reset button until the “Para. Set…” screen flashes.
The first setting you can adjust is Viscosity. Use the ‘standby’ button to increase the value and the “P” button to decrease.
If you don’t need to change any other settings, press and hold the ice cream cone button to save your changes.
Press the reset button once to cycle to the next setting – Mix Temperature. The mix temperature should NOT be changed from 39.0 F or 3.9 C. Use the ‘standby’ button to increase the value and the “P” button to decrease.
Again, if you don’t need to change any additional settings, press and hold the ice cream cone button to save your changes.
Press the reset button once to cycle to the next setting – Date. Use the ‘standby’ button to increase the value and the “P” button to decrease. Use the snowflake button to move the cursor to the next digit.
Again, if you don’t need to change any additional settings, press and hold the ice cream cone button to save your changes.
Press the reset button twice to cycle to the next applicable setting – Language. Use the ‘standby’ button to cycle up and the “P” button to cycle down through the languages.
Again, if you don’t need to change any additional settings, press and hold the ice cream cone button to save your changes.
If you only hit reset once you’ll see settings (P: 0 00:00) that are only applicable for special models, DO NOT adjust these settings. Reach out to success@spacemanusa.com for questions with this setting.
Press the reset button once to cycle to the Advanced Settings. This screen requires you to enter a passcode to update the advanced settings.

Pressing reset again will bring you back to the Viscosity setting. If you are satisfied with the changes you’ve made, press and hold the ice cream cone button to save your changes.
