During a Preventative maintenance call the technician will perform the below duties: 

  1. Open and clean out dust, debris, and product from the inside of the machine. 
  2. Clean and blow out dust and debris from condenser(s). 
  3. Replace and re-tension drive belts. *Frozen Beverage Belt Replacement Guide 
  4. Replace hopper agitator belts. 
  5. Replace all other wearable parts with refill kit parts.
  6. Run a 10-Step Functionality Check (Frozen Beverage) 

Below is the list of V2 models and the respective parts required for the preventative maintenance service. Spaceman food-grade machine lubricant item number 3.7.15.002 is required for all models.

** 6-Month Refill Kits can be purchased for a preventative maintenance procedure as well. Refill Kits include two Tune-up kits, scraper blades, torque rods (FB), lubricant, sanitizer, and a brush kit. This keeps an operator running for 6 months at a time. Belts will need to be purchased separately if a Refill kit is being used for PM. 

*** V3 units have a single-piece beater assembly removing the need for scraper blades. These do not wear like scraper blades and can be replaced as needed. Contact Success@SpacemanUSA.com for more assistance with locating this P/N.
